innate healing abilities through the study of various body therapies and energy work such as Shiatsu, Myofascial Release,
Reiki and a year at Barbara Brennan School of Healing. During this past year Sarah took time off to experience her own body
as it went through pregnancy, birth, and recovery. She has returned to the world of teaching Pilates with new found knowledge
of the body’s natural abilities and needs through the childbirth process. Sarah is dedicated and passionate about
teaching Pilates. She wants to bring a more fulfilling experience of the body to anyone who wants to have more joy in
their physical body…as Joseph Pilates said, “Physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness.”
