The studio offers a tranquil space
for you to enjoy during your sessions. We come equipped with water, towels, and a waiting area. All you need to bring
is comfortable workout wear. The studio equipment includes a cadillac that converts into a reformer, a reformer that converts into a cadillac
allowing duet lessons to be syncronized, a pilates chair, mat, foam rollers, balls and magic circles.
