Welcome! Center Flow Pilates is centrally located in the Alphabet District of
Northwest Portland, OR at 604 NW 23rd Ave. Suite 3. We offer high quality customized lessons designed to meet your
goals. The instructors at Center Flow Pilates are professional, knowledgeable, certified and trained in authentic pilates.
We offer private one on one pilates sessions where you have the instructor and the studio
all to yourself allowing for a personable experience with no distractions! We offer duet sessions
(two people) where you have the option to share the pilates studio with friends or workout partners! If you don't
have a workout partner we will be happy to match you with one. Try our semi private mat class
(three people) where you still get a good amount of personal attention and pay the same rate you would pay in a large class
with very little individual attention. Some other unique sessions we offer are prenatal pilates
sessions, mom and baby pilates sessions, and get stretched
sessions fusing yoga, dance, pilates, breath work, gymnastic stretches and more guaranteed to get you limber!
