Welcome ~ Center Flow Pilates Studio is a private and elegant studio
centrally located in Northwest Portland Oregon at 604 NW 23rd Ave. The Authentic Pilates sessions you receive at Center Flow
are customized to meet your goals. The instructors at Center Flow Pilates are experienced in teaching Pilates to professional
athletes, those seeking rehabilitation from past injuries or current pains, physical therapists seeking more knowledge in
movement, film industry professionals with busy schedules and the need for privacy, those seeking to get back into shape,
mothers and mothers to be and more. The instructors have backgrounds in movement and are 3rd generation
students of Joseph Pilates! Our clients range from 17 to 83 of age giving us first hand knowledge of adjusting sessions based
on individual needs.
We offer private pilates sessions
allowing you to have the instructor and the studio all to yourself for a personable
experience with no distractions! We design the sessions to your individual body needs as we know not one body is the same
from another. We offer full hour sessions ( not 50 min or 55 min ) which sets us apart from many studios charging the same
or more for less time. We also teach full 30 min sessions for those on a tight
budget but want the individualized attention.
duet pilates sessions
(two people) giving you the option to share the Pilates studio with a friend or a workout partner!
If you don't have a workout partner, we will be happy to match you with one.

fusing yoga, isolated stretching,
Pilates, breath work, gymnastic stretches , dance stretches and more. Guaranteed to get you more limber!
on location / in home serving Portland and Vancouver area.If you don't want to leave your home or office we will come
to you!
post & prenatal pilates For mothers before during and after pregnancy who wish to stay healthy and be safe
with there bodies and their baby while exercising. Babies can come to the sessions too!(rules restrictions
apply)
